The Challenge
Three on the Bund, Shanghai's premier lifestyle concept for fashion, art and fine dining, needed a world-class brand launch for its affluent clientele both in Shanghai and abroad. The communications strategy needed to account for pre-launch construction, an active launch period and post-launch operations. The long-term goal was to evolve its site into a dynamic online interface to deliver offers, promotions, tools, and content to shoppers.

The Solution
Working with Three and its branding agency a preliminary visual identity was established by building its pre-launch website for the press and an international audience. Email marketing, direct mail and print executions followed during the "launch" phase of the project as its individual venues opened. Once the venue launch was complete, the site entered the "operations" phase focusing on regular newsletters and promotions, as well as selling the Three Card. The FLASH website has grown to over 400 pages and reflects the dynamic sophistication that Three has come to represent.
