The Challenge
Epson is making significant inroads into the China market with its business and consumer products. They requested an online campaign to promote its photographic and SPF (scanner, printer, fax) printer series. A primary challenge was promoting the benefits of various models to both home users and small business owners in a market reluctant to invest in unnecessary products.

The Solution
A product mini-site was developed with a "split" content architecture promoting business and home use. Customers identify their primary needs on the home page which guides them into the two sections of the site. The "home" and "business" sections promote different models in the printer series and suggest the best model depending on use needs. Detailed product specs and software support is also available on the site. Each section includes feature and benefit information on other Epson printers and products creating the opportunity for cross and up-selling.
