The Challenge
VW Shanghai needed a dynamic, interactive sales tool that reflects the high-power, dynamic brand that VW promotes worldwide. Further, it was looking for a tool that dealers could use on-site to help sell more cars and empower consumers with the information they needed to make decisions. The sales process on site was focused primarily on the vehicle models available in the shops. The goal of this project was to expand the information available to prospective clients and allow them to "experience" any model in any color with any configuration.

The Solution
Working with Agency of Record, Ogilvy, an interactive sales tool was produced that presents all the VW models available in the China market. The CD has been distributed to dealers around Shanghai who have it running on PCs in their showrooms. Potential customers can explore the features and benefits of the various models, see each car in the available colors, rotate the cars in 3D and get technical specifications.

The CD provides rich and clear product images and has simple navigation that users can easily browse.
